To all TAB members:
Assigning EYES On ratings to plant inventory is a far more complex task than applying DEC and as such TAB has made significant changes to its process of gathering new inventory and disseminating results, also called its Audit Operations Schedule. This schedule is important for buyers to understand as it provides a roadmap to when new inventory metrics can first become available. Operators also need to know this for other reasons; namely, when inventory needs to be submitted and the various reporting options available to them. This new schedule still requires cooperation with its operators to provide TAB with information in a timely manner, but all members will also appreciate that it is more flexible in allowing TAB to get data to its members more quickly than before.
The following Audit Operations Schedule has two parts. The “normal” operations schedule captures instances where inventory are submitted at the end of the year to TAB and allows TAB enough time to gather any new data needed to handle new boards. The “special” operations schedule is used in instances where a plant is new to TAB or has emergency requests that fall outside of normal parameters, TAB can furnish special "Flash Reports" quickly that allow members to have some numbers to use ahead of its normal release schedule.
