Dear Colleague:
I am pleased to announce that as of
January 1, 2005 we began to release new
audit data for the top 25 DMA’s. The
rest of the markets will follow during
the1st and 2nd quarters of this year.
This is the culmination of an exhaustive
four year effort. Our industry now has,
at its foundation, a state of the art
measurement of circulation that will
allow out of home to be planned and
purchased with the same confidence
afforded other media.
TAB audits and our
role are truly evolving to bring more
value to our members. We are in the
midst of introducing new audits based on
a new and dramatically enhanced
methodology. Our Board of Directors has
also asked us to be more actively
involved in the new research initiatives
that can significantly benefit the out
of home advertising industry.
We created this interim website,
while we continue to implement the full
upgrade. Members can link directly to
the audit data from this home page. You
will also find information on the audit
methodology, as well as the status of
the roll-out. If you need further
